I ordered a chicken tika donner mix and chips but when the food arrived I received chicken donner and chips. When I called to resolve the issue I was on the phone for 10 minutes with someone who could barely understand English talking in curcles until he abruptly hung up on me. I then called back and was on the phone for another 15 minutes repeating my self constantly. I was told that a chicken tikka donner mix does not include donner meat only chicken tikka even though I've order chicken tikka donner mix in person and had no issue. After around 30 minutes on the phone they decided to send me my donner meat only to get a lecture from the delivery driver about how a chicken donner MIX isn't a mix of chicken tikka and donner meat but only chicken tikka. Overall a simple mistake took over half an hour to resolve while dealing with rude staff, not worth your time for sub standerd food. Save you money and go elsewhere.
